DETAILED DESCRIPTION: It would be convinient to 
display orphaned policies (Policies not used in any 
policy set) in the overview window with a separate 
icon. However it may be to expensive to determine if 
a policy is orphaned each time we refresh the 
overview window.

NTS entered defects should also include:
Additional debug info like screenshots, screencams, 
log files, trace files,
packet traces, memory coredump location.
Accurate customer information so that proper 
prioritizing of the defect is
possible (mainly for NTS defects)

This is simply an enhancement. Users can determine if a policy is orphaned or 
not by viewing the policies properties.

This will be resolved with hiding the driver editor

Orphaned policies are now displayed with a different icon in the Outline view. 
Orphaned policies are policies that are not referenced in any policy set.

Verified this fix in build 20050517 on Win XP and NLD. Orphaned policies have a
different icon in Outline view.
