Error:  "Cannot find 'file:/null'.  Make sure the path or Internet address is
correct" is displayed after creating a new project or when switching between
"High-level" and "Detailed" mode.  This error is displayed by Microsoft Internet
Explorer called within Designer.

Steps to duplicate:

1.)  Go to FILE --> NEW --> PROJECT --> IDENTITY MANAGER PROJECT
2.)  New Project Wizard displays
3.)  Click NEXT and give the Project a Name.  Click Finish.
4.)  The error will display
5.)  Click OK on the error and close the Modeler window
6.)  Switch between "High-level" and "Detailed" mode and the error will display
again.
6.)  Close Designer then lauch Designer again.  Close the Welcome Page and the
error will show again.
