When you start the configuration wizard for iFolder 3 server then a proxy 
context is asked to fill in. so I type there 'O=if3'.

After configuring iManager and going to iFolder3>System>LDAP, the 'Search 
DN's:' show 'cn=admin,o=if3', which should be o=if3.

Duplicated this by reinstalling the entire iFolder server again.

This is actually working as designed.  After RC1, we changed the install to no
longer allow for the provisioning of users during the YaST configure.  We
removed the field "Search Context."  By default we only provision the admin user
and that is why he is showing up in the search context field.  The field that
you thought was the field for the search context is actually asking for the
context to be used when creating the proxy user.  We are thinking about not
showing the admin user in the search context so as to not confuse the user, but
will likely not do this for FCS.
