Doing a 'zypper dup' from 12.3 to 13.1Beta1 hangs in %post of rtkit-0.11_git201205151338-4.4

ps shows the offending call as:

dbus-send --system --type=method_call --dest=org.freedesktop.DBus / org.freedesktop.DBus.ReloadConfig
