Virtualization/xen: Bug `xen-tools` uninstallable; grub2-x86_64-xen dependency not available
Last modified: 2015-02-18 19:13:42 UTC
xen-tool 4.4.1, from repo => Virtualization:openSUSE_13.1, has a hard Requires dependency on grub2-x86_64-xen grub2-x86_64-xen is currently not published/available for 13.1. pls either fix the grub2-x86_64-xen prereq's availability, or ... ... why is the there a 'Requires' for grub2? many of us use grub-legacy. possible to have grub-legacy OR grub2?

The grub2-x86_64-xen package contains a bootable program that can read a VM that uses btrfs for its root filesystem (pygrub can't do this). I have made this package requirement conditional so you should be able to grab new RPMs for 13.1 without the dependency.
Thanks, appreciated! Repo updates are being their usual pokey selves ... I'll pick up new pkgs once they update.
