Japanese Kana in Chinese bitmap font "ISAS-FangSong ti" are extremely ugly.

That can probably be fixed by replacing them with nice Kana from a Japanese
bitmap font.

We're not going to fix this anymore for 9.3.  If the bug exists on 10.3 as well, please reopen and change the product.

Of course the bug still exists in 10.3.
