The policy simulator requires XDS Input and Instance documents to simulate 
policies. Without a working knowledge of what those documents look like it is 
difficult to use the simulator. We need to provide sample input and instance 
docments for the standard drivers shipping with Designer. For example the AD 
driver should have sample add and modify documents with each attribute in the 
schema. We should also provide sample delete, delete, rename, and move 
documents.

I attached a zip file to this bug containing XDS docs for simple add, move,
delete, rename, modify etc.  Some of the examples will need to be simplified as
they act on multiple items.

policy wizard page to launch help for XDS input documents.
