Details:  In architect mode, if you right-click on a resource, there are two
Properties items at the bottom of the context sensitive menu. One should be enough.

Steps to Duplicate:  Switch to Architect mode and drop an E-Mail Target onto the
model. Right-click on the E-Mail Target and notice that at the bottom of the
menu there are two 'Properties'.

OS/Config:  Build 20050715 on Win2KPro and NLD9
