Steps to reproduce:

1.  Edit an entity
2.  Click the Add/Remove button for Aux Classes
3.  Select all items in the Available auxiliary classes list.  Notice that the 
available list is now empty.
4.  Click OK.
5.  Click the Add/Remove button again

Notice that the Available auxiliary classes list is fully populated.

The Add/Remove dialogs now keep the list items unique so that if an item is in
listOne, it cannot be in listTwo and vice versa.
