Test environment:
Server: SLES12 SP1 64bit 
build: novell-vibe-4.0.2-linux_20160702193924
Client: Windows7 Chinese

STEPS
01. User login Vibe using FireFox on Win7 OS
02. Click 'My Workspace' and open the 'Tasks' page;
03. Click the 'List Options' icon beside the 'Filter Options',then click the 'Show Accessories';
04. Click the 'Accessory Panel' link and 'Add an Accessory'

ACTUAL RESULT 
The opened dialog is truncated

This issue only occurs for Window7 + FireFox.

I can't reproduce this is in the latest build.  It's likely related to another scrolling/truncating issue that has been fixed: Bug 977134.

I can still kind of duplicate this problem, but it is not specific to any OS or Browser.  If you open the "Add Accessory Panel" in any folder or workspace and then reduce the size of the Browser window, the "Add Accessory Panel" dialog can be truncated, cut off, or even covered over completely.

Re-opening the "Add Accessory Panel" dialog will refit the dialog to the current browser display size, so unless you force the resizing of the browser window to cut off the "Add Accessory panel" this is pretty much working as designed.
This is also true of many other Vibe pop-up dialogs.
