I installed openSUSE Tumbleweed from  openSUSE-Tumbleweed-DVD-i586-Snapshot20160817-Media.iso
today I was doing "zypper dup" .

I've got this message during the boot "systemd[1]: NetworkManager-wait-online.service: Job NetworkManager-wait-online.service/start failed with result 'dependency'."

I have similar issue with Network-Managerwait-online, it fails always and delays booting.

I use Network Manage indeed. Maybe the timeout value is too short.
