Description of Problem:
this last time i checked monodevelop didn't import older visual studio .net
 solutions.  maybe you should specify which version of vs projects (Import
VS 2003 Project) monodevelop is capable of importing.

this string has already been changed, and the fact that older vs.net
stuff isnt supported is a bug that should be filed w/ paco upstream on
prj2make-sharp.
